Amex GBT is seeking a Manager, Global Client Group to lead the execution of our client servicing strategy for key accounts in a dedicated, high-impact environment. Qualifikationen

• Extensive customer/client facing experience globally.
• 4-5 years account/client management, consulting or procurement leadership in travel industry.
• Proven ability to deliver data-driven, analytical approach to client travel programs.

• Getting results through client negotiations.
• Influence key client decision makers through effective communication and strategic mentorship.
• Proactively recognize risks to the portfolio and coordinate mitigating actions with Service Delivery Leaders.
• Optimize and drive premium revenue for top clients in GCG Financial Services vertical in a dedicated environment.
• Travel 15–20% of the time, with work across East Coast US and Europe time zones.
