Job summary

Frontier Strategy Group (FSG) is seeking Program Directors to serve as the primary liaison for our clients, working with senior executives across leading international companies to ensure ongoing engagement with the Council on Emerging Markets.

Based at our Washington, DC headquarters, the role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to educate clients on the FSG framework, while traveling nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong academic credentials.
• Experience engaging with multiple clients in a professional services environment.
• Comfort discussing commercial issues with clients and managing engagement discussions.
• Fluency or comfort with additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Educate and manage clients on the FSG framework and services.
• Advocate for clients internally and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
• Coordinate with senior executives and manage multiple client engagements.
