Job summary

Nakupuna Services LLC is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer to join the DoWEA Team. The candidate will perform Facility Condition Assessments of campus infrastructure across multiple installations, including stormwater and utility networks, with extensive travel to the Pacific region.

The role requires a PE license or EIT credential (preferred), a BS in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program, and at least five years of field experience conducting site infrastructure assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) on institutional site infrastructure using FCA methodology and SMS BUILDER.
• Enter collected data, condition ratings, and quantities into E-SMS within 90 days of each site visit.
• Verify DoWEA Real Property Information for site assets and capture geospatial photos with accurate metadata.
• Note and track differences in utilities and below-ground assets for reconciliation purposes.
