Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum of five years of experience conducting site infrastructure assessments.
• Experience with stormwater networks, roads, bridges, and utilities is required.
• PE license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Facility Condition Assessments on institutional site infrastructure and utilities.
• Enter collected data into E-SMS and deliver within 90 days of each site visit.
• Verify Real Property information and capture geospatial data with metadata.
• Note and track below-ground assets and reconcile with property records.
