Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer to join the DoWEA Team. The candidate will perform Facility Condition Assessments of campus infrastructure and rely on extensive travel to 21 U.S.

military installations across the Pacific Region, including Japan, Okinawa, South Korea, and Guam. The successful applicant will hold a BS in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited) and is preferred to have a PE license or EIT.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering.
• Five years of field experience in site infrastructure assessments.

Responsibilities

• Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) of institutional site infrastructure.
• Data collection and input into the Enterprise Sustainment Management System (E-SMS).
• Verify Real Property information and capture geospatial data.
• Note differences in below-ground assets and support asset reconciliation.
• Support Facility Utilization Surveys with site feature updates.
• Document deficiencies and plan next renewal needs.
