Job summary

Nakupuna Services LLC is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer to join the DoWEA Team. The role involves conducting facility condition assessments across educational campuses, evaluating drainage, utilities, roadways, and structural elements. Significant travel to 21 U.S.

military installations in the Pacific region is required. The candidate should have a BS in Civil Engineering (ABET) and at least five years of experience in site infrastructure assessments, with PE/EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of site infrastructure assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Facility Condition Assessments of institutional site infrastructure using USACE BUILDER.
• Enter collected data into E-SMS within 90 days of each site visit.
• Verify DoWEA Real Property information and capture geospatial photos with metadata.
• Document deficiencies and supporting photos for the DAM system.
