Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to define and execute an enterprise-wide security strategy and multi-year roadmap across global distribution, ecommerce, cloud, and IT services. You will evangelize a security-by-design culture and lead a central team while coordinating a matrix of security resources worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years IT or business leadership, with at least 7 years in senior information security roles.
• Proven track record in developing global security strategies spanning Enterprise IT and Product security.
• Ability to translate cyber threats into business and sustainability impacts for executives.
• Experience presenting cybersecurity strategy and risk posture to public company Boards and Audit Committees.
• Experience with global privacy, cybersecurity, and digital operational resilience regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic, long-term security strategy protecting ADI's global information assets.
• Assess risk across diverse global markets and critical infrastructure projects with senior leaders.
• Report security risks to the Executive team and Audit Committee; provide expertise on standards.
• Deliver Board updates on ADI's security posture and alignment with expectations.
• Lead a global security team spanning Cloud, Application, and Product Security.
• Establish cybersecurity policies and tooling embedded within ADI’s AI strategy and secure adoption.
• Ensure cyber resilience of distribution operations, including order fulfillment, warehouses, and storefronts.
• Oversee incident response planning and breach investigations with Legal and Communications.
