Job summary

The Security Executive Council is seeking a Group Chief Information Security Officer to lead the organization’s enterprise security program across the US and UK. You will drive a unified security strategy spanning governance, risk, incident response, and enterprise resilience in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

As a transformational security leader, you will modernize security architecture, embrace AI-enabled defense, and align security with business goals while reporting to the Board Risk

Qualifications

• 15+ years of information security experience, with at least 7 in senior or executive leadership.
• Experience leading global cybersecurity initiatives across complex organizations.
• Ability to align security strategies with business objectives and risk posture.
• Proven crisis management, executive communications, and regulatory compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified global security strategy across US/UK operations.
• Lead enterprise cyber incident response, crisis management, and governance programs.
• Oversee security architecture, cloud, identity, and data protection with Zero Trust.
• Develop and mentor security teams, collaborating with IT, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
• Represent security at the executive level, reporting to the Board Risk Committee.
• Drive AI-enabled security improvements, tooling, and policy alignments.
• Prepare for and defend against evolving cyber threats and supply-chain risks.
