Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead a mature, business-aligned cyber risk program across a global platform. You will set the strategic direction for the Information Security Management System, governance, risk management, incident response, data protection and security awareness programs.

As a trusted advisor to firm leadership and global counterparts, you will enable innovation, responsible AI adoption, and operational resilience while preserving client service

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive information security leadership experience in a large, regulated environment.
• Experience advising senior executives and governing bodies on risk, policy and security strategy.
• Strong background in information security management systems and enterprise risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Sets and executes the enterprise information security strategy aligned with firm goals and regulatory expectations.
• Leads the Information Security Management System, governance, risk assessment and incident response program.
• Partners with executive leadership to embed security-by-design into operations and technology investments.
