Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to establish an enterprise-wide security strategy and a multi-year roadmap protecting information assets, global distribution services, ecommerce, and cloud solutions.

You will evangelize a security-by-design culture, lead a global security team, and collaborate with executives to align security with sustainability and resilience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of IT or business leadership experience, with at least 7 years in senior information security roles within a multinational organization.
• Proven track record in developing global security strategies across Enterprise IT and product security.
• Ability to translate complex cyber threats into business and sustainability impacts for Executive Management and the Audit Committee.
• Experience presenting cybersecurity strategy and risk posture to public company Boards and Audit Committees.
• Experience complying with global privacy, cybersecurity, and digital operational resilience regulation.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate Third-Party & Supply Chain Risk: Develop robust protocols to manage cybersecurity of a global supply chain.
• Translate Risk into Financial Terms: Quantify cyber risks as financial and operational impact for the Board and Committee.
• Lead a Shared Responsibility culture: Evangelize cyber awareness across 5,000+ employees and partner network.
• Standardize Global Governance: Drive adoption of global standards (NIST, ISO 27001) across ADI locations.
