Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a CISO to establish enterprise‑wide security strategy, multi‑year roadmaps, and governance across global distribution, ecommerce, and cloud platforms. The CISO will lead a central security team while coordinating a broader network of resources, and communicate risk to Executive Management and the Board.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years IT/security leadership experience.
• Global security strategy & roadmaps experience.
• Ability to translate threats into business outcomes for executives.
• Experience presenting cybersecurity strategy to Boards/Committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic, long-term security strategy protecting global assets.
• Communicate risk to Board and Audit Committees with clarity and business impact.
• Lead a high‑performing global security team across multiple domains (cloud, app, product).
• Standardize governance and cyber hygiene using global standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Oversee incident response planning, investigations, and post‑mortem actions.
• Drive security-by-design culture and align AI security with enterprise strategy.
