Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking an experienced Director, Solar Projects to lead solar deployments across residential, commercial, and utility-scale programs.

You will plan, manage, and deliver projects from initial planning through installation and commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high quality. You will collaborate with engineering, operations and field teams to ensure practical, reliable deployments in real environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field; Master’s degree is advantageous; PhD preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in solar project execution or renewable energy infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of solar systems and project management.
• Experience managing projects from planning to installation.
• Understanding of real-world challenges such as site conditions, timelines and cost control.
• Organized, practical and results-driven; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of solar projects across different markets.
• Oversee deployment of ExoSolar™ systems across residential, commercial and utility-scale installations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure designs are ready for installation.
• Work with field teams to ensure smooth installation and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and external partners.
• Ensure solar systems meet performance and durability expectations after deployment.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Support expansion into new markets by adapting projects to local conditions.
• Build and lead a strong solar project team.
