Job summary

Starr Adjustment Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Global Head of Claims Data & Analytics to define and drive the enterprise-wide data strategy, shaping decision-making and growth across the organization.

This senior executive will champion a data-driven culture and oversee governance, analytics, and BI initiatives globally. Responsibilities include leading a high-impact team, aligning analytics with business objectives, and partnering with stakeholders to advance predictive modeling and data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
10+ years’ progressive leadership experience in claims data & analytics, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or risk management sectors.
Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, statistical modeling, data governance, big data platforms and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and mentor a global claims data & analytics team across underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, and IT.
Design and implement an enterprise data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
Oversee data governance, quality, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
Drive adoption of predictive modeling, ML, and analytics solutions for claims, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
