Job summary

MÜNZING NORTH AMERICA is seeking a Sample Coordinator in Clover, SC to manage all customer sample requests and ensure accurate processing and global shipment readiness. The role supports sales and product development in a chemical manufacturing environment.

The position emphasizes coordination with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures regulatory compliance for shipping chemical samples. Experience in manufacturing and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, customer service or administrative support in a manufacturing environment.
• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), especially order processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and coordination across teams.
• Basic understanding of chemical products, labeling, or shipping requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for receiving and managing all sample requests from Sales and Technical.
• Review and process incoming sample requests, determining sourcing, required approvals, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain an accurate chemical inventory to support timely sample fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely preparation and shipment of samples.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations including DOT HAZMAT and IATA Dangerous Goods certifications.
• Identify and resolve issues related to sample availability, data accuracy, or shipment delays.
• Support continuous improvement of sample coordination processes and data management practices.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
