Job summary

SAS is seeking a Sr. Associate Program Manager for Global Channels on a contract basis. You will work with the Channel Operations Manager to plan and execute all aspects of the SAS Partner Program, including governance, metrics, and communications with internal teams and partners.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven improvements to drive adoption and impact across global channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting, analytics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management or Customer Contract Operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong accounting, math and analytical abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term goals to achieve program outcomes.
• Prioritize enhancements and updates to the partner program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate program changes and news.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using surveys and benchmark data.
• Support teams implementing program enhancements and updates.
• Educate Global Channel personnel to effectively support partners.
