Job summary

SAS is seeking a Sr Associate Program Manager, Global Channels for a contract position to lead the development and execution of all aspects of the SAS Partner Program worldwide. You will partner with the Channel Operations Manager to shape governance, benefits, systems and metrics while serving as an ambassador to drive awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize enhancements and updates to the partner program.
  • Solidify support from stakeholder organizations to develop program enhancements; liaise to ensure communication about enhancements and updates.
  • Evaluate overall effectiveness using 360 survey results and benchmarking data; develop improvement recommendations.
  • Support teams implementing enhancements and updates; collaborate with leads on program components.
  • Educate Global Channel personnel on the program; provide timely responses to questions.
  • Support one or more large scale complex programs.

About the job

As a Sr Associate Program Manager, Global Channels, you'll work directly with the Channel Operations Manager on the development and execution of all aspects of the SAS Partner Program. This includes the operational execution strategy of all program requirements and benefits, systems, governance and metrics of the program. In addition, you'll serve as an ambassador for the Partner Program to help drive awareness and adoption with both internal stakeholders and the partner community.

You Will,
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program.
  • Prioritize enhancements and updates to the partner program.
  • Solidify support from stakeholder organizations to develop program enhancements. Liaise with stakeholder organizations to ensure successful communication about program enhancements, news and updates.
  • Evaluate overall effectiveness of the program by reviewing 360 survey results, benchmarking data from 3rd party consultant, and feedback from the regions. Use this data to develop recommendations regarding areas for program improvements to ensure that the Partner Program meets the needs of the Global Channels organization and is effectively meeting the goals and objectives for the Program.
  • Support teams responsible for implementing enhancements and updates to the program. Collaborate with leads on various program components.
  • Ensure that Global Channel personnel are educated on the program so that they can successfully support the program with their partners. Provide timely responses to questions about the program.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Analytics or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management or Customer Contract Operations.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
