Job summary

SAS is seeking a Program Manager, Global Channels, to drive the SAS Partner Program across global alliances. You will work with the Channel Operations Manager on strategy, governance and metrics, and serve as an ambassador to raise awareness and adoption with internal teams and partners.

You will independently manage large-scale programs, monitor effectiveness, build business cases, and drive process improvements while upholding SAS values of curiosity, accountability and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Analytics or related field.
• At least five years of experience researching, analyzing and/or reporting information related to specific area of assignment. PgMP certification desirable or equivalent training.
• Experience using project plans and timelines to measure quality of deliverables for special projects.
• Clear and timely communications on status through project status reports and processes.
• Ability to lead program teams and gain consensus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge in related business functional areas.
• Strong accounting, math and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term goals and objectives to achieve the program’s success.
• Prioritize enhancements and updates to the partner program.
• Project management responsibility for key strategic initiatives.
• Solidify support from stakeholder organizations and communicate program updates.
• Evaluate overall effectiveness using surveys and benchmarking; propose improvements.
• Support teams implementing enhancements and collaborate with program leads.
• Educate Alliances & Channels personnel on the program and respond to questions.
