Job summary

SAS is seeking a Program Manager for Global Channels to drive the SAS Partner Program globally. You will collaborate with the Channel Operations Manager to design, govern and execute program requirements, benefits, systems and metrics, while acting as a program ambassador to internal teams and partners.

You will oversee large-scale initiatives, monitor program effectiveness, build business cases, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; PgMP certification desirable or equivalent training
Experience using project plans and timelines to measure deliverables
Ability to communicate status clearly with stakeholders
Ability to lead program teams and gain consensus
Strong analytical, organizational, and budgeting skills
Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Develop and execute short- and long-term goals to achieve program outcomes
Prioritize enhancements and updates to the partner program
Manage project plans for key strategic initiatives
Secure stakeholder support and communicate program changes across regions
Review program metrics and benchmark data to drive improvements
Collaborate with teams responsible for implementing program enhancements
Educate Alliances & Channels staff on the program and respond to partner questions
