Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry and building an operating system for dental offices worldwide. We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager, International & Channel, to scale onboarding, enablement, and partner programs for global markets.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Leadership, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure sellers have the knowledge, messaging, and resources to drive success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales, Partner Enablement, or GTM roles.
• Experience with Revenue Operations and understanding of sales processes and pipelines.
• Experience supporting international, global, channel, or partner sales orgs.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and linking enablement to execution.
• Ability to diagnose performance gaps and choose training, coaching, or tooling as solutions.
• Experience building scalable onboarding, ongoing learning, playbooks, and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and enablement for international sales teams.
• Adapt core programs, messaging, and resources for different markets.
• Partner with international sales leaders to identify gaps.
• Translate product launches and GTM changes into field execution.
• Create scalable partner onboarding, training, and certifications.
• Define a partner enablement maturity model and track progress.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to align processes and reporting.
• Develop practical seller and partner enablement with coaching and reinforcement.
