Job summary

Dandy in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and optimization of our practice-facing software as we expand internationally. You’ll own key tools and workflows that let dental practices manage accounts and interact with Dandy’s core services.

You will partner with engineering, design, finance, operations, sales, and customer service to build intuitive, scalable, and compliant software that delights practice owners and their teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Technical fluency to work with engineering on architecture and integrations.
• Deep understanding of practice owners' needs and workflows.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• High bias for action and ability to deliver value quickly.
• Clear, concise communication of complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Practice Software Vision and Roadmap for multi-year growth.
• Deliver intuitive, scalable software that improves daily operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, legal, sales, and support.
• Ensure compliance with tax, healthcare, and regulatory standards across geographies.
• Support growth with flexible workflows and new revenue models.
• Modernize infrastructure with integrations to PMS, payment gateways, and tax engines.
• Leverage product data to improve engagement and outcomes.
