Job summary

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Data Science, Product and Finance to reimagine middle mile flows, test configurations, and build scalable automation that strengthens network resilience for millions of packages weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evolve middle mile network strategy using demand patterns, node launches and expansions.
• Define principles guiding speed, cost and resilience in network design.
• Simulate configurations and validate against real-world variability.
• Create visibility dashboards for leadership to prioritize actions.
• Own response framework for network disruptions with contingency routing.
• Collaborate across teams for capital allocation and capacity planning.
• Identify initiatives to reduce middle mile complexity and improve sortation.
