Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Technology Communications Manager to develop, coordinate, and deliver clear, strategic technology communications that support major initiatives.

You will translate complex tech strategies into narratives for executives, employees, and partners, partnering with Strategy, PMO, Change Management, and Technology leadership to align messaging across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in corporate or technology communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to simplify complex technology topics for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual GTO communications strategy aligned to technology priorities.
• Define communication plans for major programs and organizational changes.
• Craft speeches, scripts, and leadership messaging for CTO and senior technology leaders.
• Support leadership forums, ELT updates, town halls, and board-level materials.
• Ensure communications align with enterprise tone and brand.
• Measure engagement and analytics to improve effectiveness.
