Momentive Technologies seeks a Ceramic Global Business Director to lead the global strategic, commercial, and financial performance of the business unit. This role focuses on market strategy, customer engagement, and P&L ownership across product portfolios.

You will drive growth opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with sales, operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance to deliver profitable outcomes. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute short and long-term business strategies.
• Own revenue, bookings, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Manage business P&L, budgets, and operating plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and finance.
• Guide product portfolio strategy and lifecycle management; prioritize new investments.
• Identify and drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead and develop global teams and drive performance through accountability.
