You will collaborate with executives, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to accelerate growth and strengthen market position. The role requires 10+ years in product leadership, a strong track record in strategic roadmaps, pricing, and portfolio optimization, and excellence in cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term product portfolio strategies aligned with corporate objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.
• Lead and improve Product Management processes including lifecycle management, pricing, and roadmaps.
• Own multi-year product vision driving innovation, differentiation, and growth.
• Evaluate investments, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
• Oversee revenue growth, profitability, market share, and portfolio performance.
• Develop operating plans, forecasts, and long-range growth strategies.
• Guide pricing governance and portfolio optimization to balance profitability and value.
• Define KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to executives.
• Voice of the market through customer insights and industry trends.
• Lead market segmentation to identify growth opportunities and guide development.
