• Japanese language proficiency and familiarity with Japanese business culture.

• Develop and execute strategic plans focused on marketing growth and revenue expansion.
• Understand customer and organizational requirements to develop effective proposals and solutions.
• Promote and expand the adoption of internal applications and processes across global divisions.
• Design and implement business processes, strategies, and operational frameworks.
• Define analytical methods, metrics, and techniques that support worldwide business development initiatives.
• Monitor competitive market dynamics and assess their impact on business performance.
• Develop business scenarios, forecasting models, and strategic recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Lead complex cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive teams.
• Manage program direction and resource allocation, including workflow, budgets, intellectual property filings, and internal and external business reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive collaboration and business success.
