Job summary

World Economic Forum is seeking a Specialist, Content and Centre Engagement in New York to support the Centre for Financial and Monetary Systems with strategies, communications and programming. The role spans engagement, content creation and operations across multiple communities and partners.

You will coordinate events, produce partner-facing materials and help shape messaging while collaborating with cross-functional teams to extend the Centre's reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, international relations, marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in community management, communications or partner engagement.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/database management tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of Centre events, including logistics, invitations and follow-up communications
• Support the Centre's CFOs Community, including maintaining community records, researching priorities, and drafting agendas
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis tracking engagement metrics and impact across the Centre's stakeholders
• Produce partner-facing materials, including newsletters, event overviews and invitations, as well as materials for internal colleagues across teams
• Draft talking points, social media kits, media-facing content, and other materials to advance the Centre's messaging
• Contribute to the Centre's digital presence, including website content, social media and other channels
• Support research for the team's projects, including community engagement research, note-taking, and Centre initiatives
• Support the coordination of Centre budgets, contracts and vendor logistics, working closely with the Centre Coordinator
• Co-own the Centre's Salesforce database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of the community and partners
• Maintain internal knowledge tools and team records
