Amrize is seeking a Project Manager for Cement Plant projects in North America. You will lead projects from feasibility through commissioning, ensuring safety, cost, and schedule targets are achieved.

The role requires coordinating with PM&E, regional teams, and contractors to deliver high-quality capital projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial construction, a Master Degree, and strong leadership and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Post graduate in Business Management is preferred.
• Strong project management experience in cement or heavy industry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects from feasibility to handover.
• Ensure safety, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with PM&E, regional teams and external contractors.
