Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Project Manager for cement plant initiatives in North America. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring safety and quality across all phases of execution.

Responsibilities include interfacing with contractors, managing budgets, schedules and risk, and coordinating with PM&E and regional support teams to optimize plant ramp-up and operations.

Qualifications

• Master degree required in a technical or management field.
• Minimum 5 years in project management within heavy industry.
• Experience with cement or large-scale industrial construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAPEX investment projects from multiple sizes up to large scale.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery across all project phases.
• Coordinate with PM&E, regional teams and external contractors.
• Deliver timely progress reports and governance updates.
