Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Project Manager to lead cement plant initiatives in North America, reporting to the PM&E organization. You will drive feasibility, planning, execution, and handover while ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

The role requires coordinating with regional teams, managing contractors, and overseeing project controls from initiation through commissioning, with a strong emphasis on safety and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master degree required in mechanical, civil, electrical or process engineering.
• Postgraduate in Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial construction project management.
• Experience in cement or heavy industry preferred.
• Experience with international/multicultural projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned projects from feasibility to handover.
• Ensure safety, quality, on-time, within budget.
• Coordinate with regional PM&E and Steering Committee.
• Develop project organization and governance.
• Manage third parties, contracts, procurement.
