Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Project Manager for cement and heavy-industry projects in North America. You will lead multi-phase CAPEX initiatives, ensuring safety and on-time delivery while coordinating with PM&E, regional teams and contractors to optimize performance and handover to operations.

The role requires a Master Degree in engineering, 5+ years in industrial construction, and strong leadership, communication and risk-management skills. Full-time onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management in industrial construction, preferably cement/heavy industry.
• Experience with safety, risk, cost and schedule governance.
• International/multicultural experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility, planning, execution and handover of CAPEX projects.
• Ensure safety policies are applied and projects meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Coordinate with PM&E, regional teams and external contractors.
• Develop project organization and manage day-to-day project activities.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly progress reports and manage stakeholder communications.
