Job summary

CSL Behring in King of Prussia, PA seeks an Associate Director, Technology Sourcing to lead strategic sourcing of software, cloud, hardware and related IT services across CSL. You will develop multi-year category roadmaps, drive complex negotiations, and deliver year-over-year savings while mitigating risk.

The role partners with senior stakeholders across I&T, Finance, Legal, and Security, guides Sourcing Managers, and reports to the Category Director - Enabling Functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global technology category strategies across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, and professional services.
• Lead high-value sourcing initiatives, including RFPs/RFIs/RQFs, and drive negotiations and contract awards.
• Provide market intelligence, supplier governance, and risk mitigation to enable strategic procurement decisions.
