Job summary

CSL is seeking a Sr. Director, IT Sourcing to set and execute the global IT sourcing strategy, support Technology Modernization, reduce technical debt, and lead major ERP upgrades.

The role partners with the Partnership Enterprise Office and engages C‑Suite leaders to drive multi-year value creation and governance across CSL’s technology supplier ecosystem. Reporting to the Global Head of Indirect Procurement, you will head a global IT category team (5–8 leads) and manage approximately $450M

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in IT sourcing.
• Deep expertise in IT sourcing including cloud, software, infrastructure and digital services.
• Experience managing global supplier ecosystems and executive stakeholder influence.
• Ability to lead in global matrix environments and engage C‑suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year IT sourcing strategies aligned to CSL Technology Modernization programs.
• Lead governance forums and KPI tracking across IT partnerships.
• Drive total cost of ownership optimization and commercial innovation.
• Develop capability in cloud commercial models and supplier innovation.
