Qualifications

• Pricing and Revenue Management experience is required.
• 3+ years of Pricing, Revenue Management, or related Commercial experience.
• Ability to lead complex market analyses and influence decisions.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, competitive, and revenue analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Serve as pricing subject matter expert for assigned Transpacific markets.
• Independently manage high-profile market scopes with revenue impact.
• Collaborate with Inventory Management and System Strategy on initiatives.
• Influence senior leaders through clear communication of findings and recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance team performance.
• Work with Global Pricing Distribution and other Commercial teams on tool enhancements.
