Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Entry Writer to receive, review and process documentation for an assigned base of accounts, interfacing with CEVA systems to provide updates for internal and external customers to produce timely and compliant transactions.

Responsibilities include coordinating releases, invoicing, maintaining customer profiles, managing pre-alerts, and serving as the liaison with U.S. Customs and other government agencies to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using U.S. currency, weights and measures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Accurate typing and data-entry skills.
• Able to communicate with multiple groups and diverse backgrounds.
• Proactive, punctual customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process documentation for assigned accounts and input into the system.
• Interface with CEVA systems to provide updates for internal and external customers to ensure timely, compliant transactions.
• Coordinate releases and invoicing for services while ensuring compliance with timelines and policy.
• Act as a liaison with customers, U.S. Customs and other agencies to meet service commitments.
• Maintain customer profiles and prepare quotes and communications as directed.
• Manage pre-alerts to track freight arrivals and document receipt times.
