Qualifications

• Mental health licensure required: LCSW, LMFT, LPC with 2+ years of experience in SUD clinical care.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing, triage, ASAM criteria and various levels of care.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members using advanced clinical techniques to assess needs, provide information about treatment options, and make informed recommendations for care.
• Independently coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care, ensuring a seamless care experience.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for high-risk situations with clinical judgment.
• Maintain detailed records in an EHR and other systems, ensuring progress tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated client care.
