Job summary

Spring Health seeks a Global Care Navigator to support members through their mental health journey. This role requires a masters in behavioral health and licensure, with 2+ years of clinical care post-licensure.

You will communicate in English and French, and preferably Dutch, assisting with platform signups, scheduling, and care coordination. You will triage crises, provide psycho-education, and document interactions in Spring Health systems.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a behavioral health field and licensure/certification as a counselor, social worker, or psychotherapist.
• Minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical care post-licensure.
• Excellent written and verbal English and French communication; comfortable with global members.
• Able to navigate multiple computer platforms and learn new systems.
• A high-touch customer service mindset with strong empathy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients via phone, chat, and email during shifts in fluent language(s).
• Coordinate care, signups, scheduling, and explanations of services available.
• Conduct clinical needs assessments and refer to appropriate care level and modality.
• Provide crisis support, safety planning, and follow-up as needed.
• Summarize interactions in English in Spring Health documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve member experience.
