Qualifications

• Active nursing license with a BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as a nurse case manager or in healthcare.
• CCM certification or eligibility; commit to CCM exam within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members navigating healthcare systems.
• Identify member healthcare needs and provide clinical support.
• Coordinate with TPAs and insurers to resolve claims and billing issues.
