Job summary

Chase Card Services is seeking a Product Delivery Lead/Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for Card Platform Products, enhancing customer experiences through optimized processes and coordinated cross-functional collaboration.

You will own intake, release, and performance reporting, partnering with Technology Program Managers to align on strategies, planning, and rollouts. A strong background in agile delivery and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related area.
Experience in delivering platforms and release management.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product delivery from intake to release, readiness, stabilization, and performance reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve throughput, governance, and cross-functional coordination.
Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, blockers, resources, and stakeholder communication.
Lead enhancements with Technology Program Managers: planning, build oversight, testing, UAT, cutover, and readiness.
Coordinate change activities ensuring risk/compliance requirements are met.
Collaborate with Area Product Owners on roadmap and capacity planning.
Translate strategy into executable scope with epics/features and measurable outcomes.
Foster intake/discovery effectiveness and quantify impact (accuracy uplift, time savings).
Improve data quality, controls, and automate processes to reduce manual work.
Develop rollout plans, runbooks, and training to ensure adoption and sustainment.
Coach and develop the delivery team and build capability across practices.
