Job summary

Lilly is seeking a seasoned leader to drive capital projects in a global facilities delivery environment. The role requires managing programs of substantial scale from conceptual design through commissioning, leading cross-functional teams across Lilly and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring extensive capital-project delivery experience, GMP/LEAN familiarity, and the ability to work from long distances with limited supervision. Onsite relocation is required for project locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Willingness to relocate and travel outside home state/country.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large capital asset programs (≥$400M) and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with GFD leadership and project governance while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedules.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental execution plans; ensure compliance with policies.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field
