Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Global Facilities Delivery programs, delivering large capital assets on-site at various locations. The role requires coordinating Lilly and non-Lilly teams to meet safety, cost, schedule and quality goals.

Applicants should have a BS in Engineering and 10+ years in capital project delivery, with willingness to relocate and travel internationally. A PE or PMP is preferred, and relocation is provided for project assignments.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering or related technical field is required.
10+ years in capital project delivery in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
Willingness to relocate and/or travel outside home state/country.
Experience leading projects or multiple projects >$100M in size is preferred.
Experience in GMP manufacturing, LEAN, automation, construction quality, or scheduling.

Responsibilities

Lead teams to deliver large capital asset programs (>$400M) from planning to qualification.
Maintain effective communication with leadership, project teams and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects.
