Job summary

Lilly is seeking an experienced program manager to lead global capital projects in the Global Facilities Delivery group. You will coordinate regional teams, ensure safety, schedule, cost and quality goals, and communicate with corporate leadership and external partners.

Applicants should have a strong track record in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, and be willing to relocate or travel as required for project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial facilities.
• Willingness to relocate and travel outside home location.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to deliver large capital asset programs ($400M+) safely, on time, and within budget.
• Interface with GFD leadership, project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans across projects.
