Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a seasoned leader to direct Global Facilities Delivery programs, delivering capital assets at scale from front-end design through commissioning. You will coordinate Lilly and partner teams across regions, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution.

The role requires 15+ years with brownfield/greenfield projects, relocation/travel, and a focus on GMP manufacturing and complex site delivery. Onsite relocation to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 15+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience managing greenfield projects and leading large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering $1B+ asset programs.
• Communicate with GFD leadership, project teams, governance bodies and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory and quality requirements.
• Develop safety and environmental execution plans across projects from design to verification.
