Qualifications

• 15+ years of capital project delivery experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience leading greenfield projects.
• Willingness to relocate and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams delivering large capital programs ($1B+).
• Coordinate with Lilly and non-Lilly professionals across front-end to qualification.
• Ensure safety, cost, schedule and quality objectives are met; maintain governance and compliance.
