Job summary

Entegris is seeking an NPI Lead Engineer in Global Capacity Planning to own medium- and long-range capacity plans, global footprint optimization, and capital investment strategy. The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and leaders to align capabilities with demand and strategic goals.

The successful candidate will develop capacity models, run scenario analyses, and provide executive-level recommendations on network design, risk management, and expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or capacity planning within a global environment.
• Strong expertise in capacity modeling, scenario planning, demand forecasting, and network analysis.
• Experience supporting NPI, production ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing programs.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, CapEx/CEA requests, ROI analyses, and capacity investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medium- and long-range capacity plans aligned with growth and demand.
• Create and maintain capacity models, scenario analyses, and planning tools for strategic decisions.
• Lead global footprint and capacity planning, including network optimization and site expansion.
• Analyze demand, utilization, equipment, labor, and capital needs to identify gaps.
• Support NPI, transfers, ramp-ups, expansions, and BCP/HVM programs.
