You will drive the evolution toward Integrated Business Planning and own the end-to-end monthly planning cycle, partnering with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and BU leadership. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S&OP governance and monthly cycle across regions.
• Establish planning cadence, decision rights, and accountability.
• Own transformation toward Integrated Business Planning with 18+ month horizon.
• Develop scenarios, risk management, and capacity planning with Finance and Ops.
• Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
