Job summary

Amphenol Corporation is seeking a Global Industrial Engineer to drive IE execution across CBS manufacturing sites and support NPI readiness from EVT through ramp. The role focuses on standardizing methods for cycle time, labor, line balancing, and OEE while partnering with site teams to validate data and establish a single global baseline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline is required.
3–5 years in industrial/ manufacturing engineering with global or multi-site exposure preferred.
Strong knowledge of time study, standard labor, line balancing, takt time, OEE, capacity planning, layout, and cost analysis.
Experience with NPI, cost modeling, OpsPlan, and manufacturing readiness is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, ERP/MRP, MES, SQL, Snowflake, or similar data systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive global IE execution and standardization across CBS manufacturing sites for NPI readiness and ramp.
Develop methods for cycle time, standard labor, line balancing, and OEE.
Collaborate with site IE teams to validate data and establish a global baseline.
Translate forecasts into manufacturing requirements including labor, equipment, and shifts.
Provide data-based recommendations to leadership on constraints and readiness.
Support EVT–MP ramp activities ensuring process flow and staffing readiness.
Perform time studies, line design, capacity analysis, and productivity improvements.
