Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Global Manufacturing Capacity Engineer to join the CBS Global NPI organization. You will own the capacity planning model, translate demand into capacity needs, and lead governance across sites in Vietnam, China, Mexico, and the USA.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, Mechanical Engineering, or a quantitative/technical field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing capacity planning, IE, production planning, or related analytics in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of cycle time, OEE, yield, hours, utilization, and ramp modeling.
• Ability to convert forecast into machine, line, labor, and capital needs and explain assumptions.
• Excel and Power BI required; ERP/MRP, MES, SQL, Snowflake experience is a plus.
• Experience supporting NPI, factory allocation, production transfers, CapEx planning, or global capacity reviews preferred.
• Strong analytical communication for presenting scenarios and recommendations to technical/executive audiences.
• Ability to manage changing data inputs with accuracy and version control.
• Travel 15-30% domestic/international.

Responsabilidades

• Own CBS global manufacturing capacity planning model and provide a single view of demand, capacity, constraints, ramp and CapEx.
• Translate forecasts and program plans into production hours, lines, shifts, and site loading.
• Define standard capacity assumptions: cycle time, OEE, yield, downtime, and ramp curves.
• Consolidate site data to compare Vietnam, China, Mexico, USA and future CBS locations.
• Provide executive visibility of gaps, timing, mitigation plans, and CapEx needs.
