Responsibilities

• Lead and manage physical security operations across multiple facilities and sites.
• Develop and coach site security personnel, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor KPIs, support audits, and drive continuous improvement of the security program.
• Engage with clients and leadership to report risks, accomplishments, and plans.
• Split time across assigned sites to maintain operational awareness and collaboration.
