Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Security Administrative Officer in Santa Clara, California to support the data center security team. You will act as the primary liaison when the STM/SSM is unavailable, coordinate training, and ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.

You will conduct audits, maintain documentation, and work with field officers to address security gaps. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 4+ years of security or business management experience.
• Experience supervising staff is desirable.
• Ability to train and certify security personnel as delegated.
• Experience with security operations and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• In data-center operations, act as primary contact when STM/SSM unavailable.
• Assist with training, certification activities, and on-the-job training.
• Coordinate with FTO and local security branches; ensure policy adherence.
• Conduct recurring audits and maintain training and security documentation.
• Identify security shortfalls and propose program improvements.
