You will collaborate with clients to implement immigration strategies, stay updated on regulations, and drive efficiencies and profitability across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients with employees traveling for business and needing business visa support.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and report to Senior Managers globally.
• Coordinate with an in-house and external network of immigration experts worldwide.
• Provide guidance on consular services, visa applications, and travel-related matters.
• Oversee and train consular team members to improve efficiency and margins across the portfolio.
• Advise clients on immigration strategies, legalizations, apostilles, and related applications.
• Help ensure portfolio profitability and manage financial performance for the team.
• Develop team expertise in global business visa applications and travel processes.
• Identify opportunities within the client base and pursue revenue growth.
